The goal is to have fun: hand the first camcorder to someone you trust to capture the key moments, and the second one to your wildest guests for the hilarious candid shots. You could even turn it into a 'Bride’s side' vs. 'Groom’s side' challenge!

Not at all. That’s the whole point! We send you "point-and-shoot" camcorders: just flip open the screen, press the red button, and you’re good to go.
If you need a little extra guidance, a mini video tutorial is included via an easy-to-scan QR code.

In the event of loss or major damage, a security deposit of €500 (pre-authorized but not charged) is included in the contract to cover the replacement cost of the equipment.

The box will arrive at your doorstep 4 business days before your big day. This gives you plenty of time to get comfortable with the camcorders.

It’s very simple. Within 2 business days after your event, just pack everything back into the original box, stick on the prepaid return label provided, and drop off the package at your nearest Mondial Relay location.

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive a professionally edited film of 5 to 15 minutes, capturing all the best moments, laughter, and behind-the-scenes footage. In any case, you will also get access to all the raw footage, so not a single moment is lost.

You will receive your video via a private online gallery. All videos are in MP4 format, making them easy to share on social media or send to your loved ones.

Yes, it’s 100% authentic. We don’t apply digital filters to modern cameras, we use genuine vintage camcorders. Expect that beautiful film grain and nostalgic color palette.
